"Hi my name is Amanda oakleaf. I am owner head baker, decorator of Amanda Oakleaf cakes Wisconsin, Massachusetts where we do cup cakes custom cakes, wedding cakes, birthday cakes and anything you can think of we can make it into a cake and today I will be talking to you about baking cup cakes. So another way to dress up your cup cakes just to add a filling you can take a piping bag and insert it into the middle of the cup cake and squeeze it in there like a gnash. But you will find that bulges the cake and causes the paper to rip away. So what I like to do is take a piece of the cake out and then replace it with a filling so we use an apple color tool and all you do is lightly down the middle give it a twist and that pulls out the little pug of cake and you have a nice clean hole you can with whatever butter cream gnash. I have baked a cookie dough cup cake it tastes like a cookie I have some cookie dough made up without eggs or any leaveners or anything in there replaced with milk so that way it is just a fill in rather thank an actual dough and you can roll it into a log place it where the cake was and then you are ready for butter cream.
