Hello, my name is Jorday Rivera, and I am an expert in salsa. I own two dance studios in Queens, New York. We're going to be learning a progression of salsa moves so we can actually go out, practice, take it to the clubs, take it to a party, and you can show off all the great moves you learned. This is called the basic with a left turn. Now we're gonna break down the basic with the left turn. We're gonna do the basic as usual, guys, and girls. We're gonna do basic as one, two, three, hold, six, seven now and we're gonna go forward on our one like we would any other step. We're gonna go one, and we're gonna define on two, back step on three, open up on five, turn six, seven. So, let me slow that down now. We're gonna go basic as one, two, three, five, six, seven. One, define on two, step on three. Make sure with this left foot, your gonna give a good push, ok. You're gonna be over here on five. You're gonna step six. You're gonna turn on seven. Again, basic as one, two, three, five, six, seven. One, define, three, push, six, seven. One, two, three, five, six. Really, really just define here and push, five, six, seven. One more time. One, two, three, five, six, seven, cross, two, push, five, six, seven. That's the basic, and our left turn broken down.
