Hey guys. My name is Shallon and I'm here to help you with all the questions you might have about love, lust, romance, and everything in between. For more, visit me on twitter @downtownshallon or be sure to check out my website shallononline.com. Girls, I know what you're going through. There's a boy that you like but how are you going to get him to notice you amongst a sea of other... maybe hotter, maybe more outgoing girls? I'll tell you. The key is confidence. And confidence seems like one of those things that either you have or you don't. But you're wrong, because it can be easily, easily faked. Here's the key. Pick a celebrity that you like and sort of emulate her. Mine is Kim Kardashian. I know, I know. She's not exactly a nobel prize winner but she's a very confident girl. So I sort of like channel the Kim when I see a boy that I like or when I want to impress somebody. And it sort of gives me that wall be more confident without feeling like I'm totally exposing my natural personality. Also, make sure your body language is reflecting the results you want. If you're hump-shouldered and slouching and not making eye contact of course nobody's going to notice you because that's the message that you're sending. Make sure those shoulders are back. Stick your boobs out. You didn't spend $50 of Victoria's Secret for nothing, did you? No? Show them off! Come on. Make sure that your posture's good. A key to good posture? You always want to make sure your thumbs, when you're standing up straight, are pointing forward. If your thumbs are touching your thighs that means your shoulders are down. And you're probably looking little sloppy. Not attractive. Also, smile. Nobody wants to talk to the girl who looks like she's going to bite your head off. Just be confident, or, at the very least, fake it. I'm sure that Kim Kardashian does.
