"How to ask for a raise. Here is the number one mistake that people make, they don't ask. They sit, they work, they go in, day to day and they expect their Boss to watch their performance and offer the raise. That in ninety nine point nine percent of the cases never happens. You actually have to ask for a raise. What happens is, that is, you have to make a viable proposal around why you deserve a raise and because the raise is monetarily oriented, as much as possible you need to present your skills, your experiences, your contributions in terms of the bottom line how do you save this company money, how do you made this company money. You want to make it easy for your Boss. You want to present the ways in which you saved the company money, you made the company money. This is how you are going to get the raise. "
