Hey, my name is Erin and I'm a former US Junior Olympic swim coach and personal trainer and fitness is my passion so I cannot wait to share it with you guys. So, everyone knows the plank, right? Pop into your flat tabletop. A nice variation is to roll over onto your side and you can hold like that. You can also stagger the feet to make it a little bit easier. Make sure that you're straight. You're not sagging and you can pulse there. And then, you can bring it back to the center and come to the other side, making sure that when you switch, you always come back to the center plank so your core is always deactivated. It's not that easy.
