You may have heard recently some stories about people reversing their Diabetes with lifestyle and diet and it's true. Under the proper medical supervision you can reverse or greatly reduce your Type II Diabetes. How people are accomplishing that is by going on a sugar free, plant based diet, with lots of exercise losing all of their excess weight. So a plant based diet is lower in fat which is very important to reverse Diabetes. They're losing weight through reduced calorie intake from a plant based diet which is filled with delicious foods. And making sure they are exercising the proper way with medical supervision. It's also very important that people with Type II Diabetes greatly reduce and eliminate alcohol and sugar from their diets. Using those steps with support have helped people to actually reverse this disease.
