So how do you breathe when you're in labor? Or breathing tips for birth. Truthfully this, hee, hee, hee, hoo, hoo, hoo, isn't really taught anymore. Lamaze has changed its whole approach and now teaches evidence based practices for how to have a positive birth experience. So, when trying to think about tips for understanding how to breathe during labor just remember to take nice, slow, deep breaths. Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth will bring a lot of oxygen to your baby. Remember that birth is a natural, normal, physiological process and your body and you know exactly how to breathe for this process. So just remember to take nice, slow, deep breaths when you're in labor, and you'll be just fine.
