What we're looking at is a tremendous waste of energy, knowing that we should be doing something that we're not doing, which stops us from doing something that we could be doing. So it really is just very very very unproductive, stress-inducing, you know, state, that we keep ourselves in. You know, I think you have to start somewhere. And a lot of people who like things to be perfect or people who like things to be in control tend to be the biggest procrastinators because they don't have patience for the process and they just want it to be done and they want it to be perfect, and that need for it to be done and perfect stops them from even starting. It's better to do something, mess up, and do it all over again then to not do it at all. Just getting in the motion of it will start to direct your energy in ways where you could actually accomplish a task.
