Guys, here is a high crotch or a high C. Now, one thing you want to avoid when you shoot the single is don't shoot with your head outside. And just try and finish it right there. Okay? A lot of guys do this. If you notice Jake Shields does this all the time. But you'll notice that Jake Shields is very, very good. Alright? First learn how to do it with the least amount of risk possible, and then you can break the rules and do a risky move. Shooting the head outside single is very risky. Guillotine. Also, I come here and I start taking his back and I'm right here for the choke out. Okay. So, head outside single, very risky. What you can do is a modification of that I call the High C. So I'm going to shoot. I'm going to shoot in the same way I shot the single, but I come here and I grab his back. Okay? Now, what I'm going to do is bump my hips lift him up, throw him face first to the ground. Okay. One more time. Chad, you shoot buddy. He shoots, boom. See he moved there, right there. He bumps his hips, throws me head first right there. Again, I'm going to shoot. Alright. So, sometimes I shoot like this. Notice I didn't stay here. I shot right here. Okay. Don't ride the pike in a head outside single, throw a high C. Chad, you go. That's how you do a high C.
