Avocado oil is naturally very rich in vitamin A, D, E and even chlorophyll so it's got lots of nutrients for your skin. The only problem with avocado oil is that it isn't very stable so you always make sure that you are using it very very fresh. Avocado oil when you do use it as a skin moisturizer has a very unique ability to penetrate the skin much deeper than many other oils which means that if you have extra dry skin, chronic dry skin that lotions, creams and other body oils are not working for, avocado oil could definitely be a solution because we need to get nourishment enough moisturizer down into the deeper levels of the skin and build that back up so that you are not getting chronic dryness. Avocado oil can be found at some natural food stores, specialty food stores and gourmet shops; it's best find a nice certified organic avocado oil to make sure that it doesn't have impurities or anything that could cause any kind of problems with the skin.
