All natural plant oils and butters are great natural skin moisturizers. The key is finding the one that is the right weight and texture for your skin. If you need a very light weight moisturizer because you’re in a warm climate or you’re prone to breakouts consider using an aloe vera gel moisturizer. If you are looking to prevent breakouts, you’re not in an extremely warm and humid climate, and you do have oily skin, you can actually use argan oil as a moisturizer. If you have normal or combination skin, you can also use argan oil, but if you want something that feels a little bit more light weight, you can just use jojoba oil. If your skin is extra, extra dry, shea butter would be the solution for you because it’s nice and rich and it’s not going to leave you having to reapply a couple of hours later. You can’t go wrong with natural skin care moisturizers because unlike conventional moisturizers which are made of synthetic chemicals and give your skin that sort of silky feeling without actually hydrating your skin, all natural moisturizers do provide that hydrating nourishment and replenishment of moisture on a deeper level.
