So, you know raise the roof, but you need a little something extra, because what happens if the room is getting smaller? You gotta push out the walls. That's right. Use those triceps to make the room bigger. Make your space bigger. And if you got to, let somebody know they a little too close. Sometimes I'm gonna do this when I'm on the subway. Woo. Feet are gonna be shoulder width apart. you gotta have a foundation, a strong foundation. Now, you gonna add decoration. That's right. Your arms. So, you gonna bend as you push the walls out and in. Make sure you engage those triceps so you can feel it. Woo. And release. Out and in. Out and add a little groove. Uh-oh. Bounce. Bounce. Can you do it with one hand? Sure we can. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. Now, for those of you ladies who got it like that, sometimes it's just too many guys. Aghhh, it's too many of you. I need space. One at a time. You can use this, whatever you want to use it for. I mean, maybe you a hot guy, you got mad girls. Aghhh chic, get away from me. I need more room.
