Hi guys, this is Max Tapper again for Howcast. Now what I'm going to do today is show you guys how to do a torso twist. Alright? Now a torso twist is an abdominal exercise that's really good for your core. And I'm going to show you how to do it. This one I'm going to actually use with a medicine ball. Now there's different variations of it. There's for the beginner. Feet on the floor. Leaning back slightly, twisting your torso, bringing your arms to each side of your body as you're leaning back. The beginning version. Now I'm going to go to the more advanced version where you take your feet off the floor. Now this is requiring you to use all your own core, a lot of your leg muscles and a lot of your back muscles at the same time. This is what it's going to look like. Alright, guys, get out there, add this exercise to all your ab routines. This is an awesome one, it's really, really challenging. It's hard, you can start with your feet down, then progress to having your feet off the floor. Trust me, you will love it. Get out there, have a good time, and do some torso twists.
