So this is a demonstration of the yoko geri, or side raised kick in ninjitsu. So, again, going slowly, this is what happens when you're attacked from the side. You want to chamber the knee into the shoulder from the side, so you have to pull it up into your shoulder from here. And then again, pushing out. Okay, one more time. Slowly. Here and then pushing out. Okay. And the fact is really more like a spring and all of these actions we're doing, you want to use your legs like a spring. So this is yoko geri.
