Sifu Karl Romain: Now we'll be demonstrating the jump front kick. My assistant Ty will go through the various stages of this kick. It's very important to make sure that you're practicing this kick with a qualified instructor. As soon as we start to demonstrate, you're going to see why. OK. We'll begin first with a warm up jump. You're going to step out and you're going to use your arm by lifting your arm up, and then step again, swinging the arm back, and then one more time as you kick, jump, slap, and down. And let's do it one more time. Regular speed. And begin. Really important to make sure that your posture is straight in the air. The next level is then to do this kick by bringing your left knee into your chest, landing on the right foot. Begin. And one more time. Very important to take off and land in the same spot. Now, we go to the next level. When we do the next level, you're going to have to bring your hands overhead, slap your hand, bring your right knee in, slap your knee, and then land on your right foot. Begin. And one more. Now we're going to do the entire jump front kick. This time he's going to kick out and land on the right foot. Begin. And one more. Full speed. This concludes our demonstration of the jump front kick.
