First thing to remember when you're doing this is, really just have fun and be confident. Because if you own it and you love it and you think it's sexy. Ava: Other people will love it, too. Loretta: Other people will love it, too, there you go. Okay, so Ava is going to demonstrate it and I'll talk you through it. So to get started, first we're just going to start with your feet shoulder width apart. I'll have Ava do it so you can watch and I'll talk you through it. Okay, so face this way so they can see. So, feet shoulder width apart. And back down. So it's parallel to the floor. Okay. Say this is your audience or the club or whoever you want to impress, you can look at them, as opposed to looking at the ground or looking somewhere else, because then it's just weird, right? Again, if you own it, you love it, they're going to love it, too. So, first we're going to start with your hips going front and back. That's it. Hips, go. Front and back and front and back and front and back and frond and back. Awesome. Let's try that one more time. Ava: Also, have your hand stay up here, because you don't want to have them down dangling, right? Loretta: Or you could point. Ooh, you could point too. Ava: That looks good, too. Loretta: It depends how you're feeling. If you're spunky, if you're in the moment. It's all on you. These are just options that you can do. So, again. Flat back. And your hips go front and back. We'll do it slow and then we'll double time it. Five, six, seven, eight. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Awesome.
