I whole-heartedly agree with not saying 'cheese' or anything like that. I would recommend thinking of Frank Caliendo doing an impression of Bush, Clinton, or John Madden :-)

The iPhone takes a picture when you *release* the button on-screen: for sharper photos, hold your finger on the 'shutter' button and let go when want to take the picture.
