Blend until slushy
Blend at a low to medium speed until the mixture is slushy.
Add fruit like blueberries, strawberries, or peach slices for flavor and vitamins.

Blend until smooth
Blend on low to medium speed until the mixture is smooth.

Pour

Whey protein comes from cow’s milk and is a “complete” protein, meaning it contains all the required amino acids.
You can typically get whey protein at health food stores (ie Whole Foods). There are many brands out there, and some of them seem to be not great, carrying way too many preservatives.
