Thanks for your comment. This is the reason I do the videos. I hope that even the experienced chef is able to pick up a tip or two. And remember you don't need a scale for this tip to work. When buying citrus simply pick up more than one lemon, lime, grapefruit, etc. and compare them against others in the bunch. You may be surprised by the difference in weight that can be felt just by holding like items. Good luck and good picking!
