Miscellaneous tools
For translating text and websites, go to babelfish.altavista.com. For translating English to text message shorthand, go to www.transl8it.com
Awesome suggestions, but babelfish is not a very useful resource at all. It's usually pretty far off the mark. Try translating a site into your your native language to see how off it is.
You can also get multilingual voiceovers for your videos at VoxAppeal.com or TraduiSons.com. Anything up to 100 languages including Chinese. That's a whole lot of people!

I glad you found these great websites, although I'll bet they probabally took a long time to find.
