This is not Pot de Creme, it's chocolate pudding. pot de creme is baked in a water bath, and smooth. this uses ";egg substitute"; (whatever that is) so it doesn't have to be baked, and it appears to have a texture that is not smooth - pot de creme must be ultra smooth.
Why don't you just buy the damn Jello pudding if this is what you are going to ";make";.
