The rules for making candy bark are so simple you barely need a recipe.
Heat the water until it’s hot but not boiling.
Line the baking sheet with aluminum foil.
In a bowl, combine pistachios and cranberries.
You can substitute dark chocolate for white chocolate, dried cherries for cranberries, or peanuts for pistachios.
Set another bowl over the pot of water, and pour the chocolate chips into it. Stir them constantly until they’re melted.
Remove the bowl from the heat and stir in half of the pistachio and cranberry mixture.
Spread the mixture evenly over the baking sheet.
Sprinkle the rest of the pistachios and cranberries over the chocolate. Use a spatula to gently press them in.
Chill the baking sheet in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or until the bark hardens completely.
Take the finished bark out, and break the hardened chocolate into uneven pieces.

This is an excellent video. It makes the process for candy making look extremely simple and intices me into having to get up and make some of this delicious looking candy myself. Absolutely fabulous idea for Christmas gifts!!!!!!! Great job!!!!!

This is a very special treat. Fun to eat as well as easy to make. It can be a great way to spend time with kids. It is also an awesomely easy treat to give as a gift.
