Light up your world with these beautiful and easy-to-make illuminated balloons. Inspired by the Instructables project: http://www.instructables.com/id/LED-Throwies/
Place two CR2032 3V lithium coin batteries on top of each other, then place them between the prongs of a ten-millimeter non-diffused LED. Secure with duct tape.
Push the LED-battery pack inside an uninflated balloon.
Blow up the balloon or fill it with helium. Disposable helium tanks can be purchased at party supply stores.
To prevent a balloon-blowing headache, take a deep breath, then blow all the air into the balloon at once, keeping your cheeks flat and using your stomach muscles.
For an impressive display, get some friends involved so you can fill a few dozen balloons.
Use LED floaties to decorate your next party. Shape them into an arch or canopy; line your walkway with them; place a few on each table as a centerpiece; or create a classic ceiling balloon drop.
A 13-year-old American boy blew up 213 balloons within an hour—with his nostrils!—in an attempt to set a world record.

The longer of the two prongs on the led lights needs to match up with the positive side of the battery.

If you are having a problem getting the LED Floaties to float you can either use one battery and/or use bigger balloons with more helium.
