- Step 2: Add flowers Arrange the red, white, and blue flowers in the sand.
- Step 3: Add the flag Stick the flag in with the flowers.
- Step 4: Make a candy centerpiece Line the glass with alternating red and blue gum, leaving an inch between sticks.
- Step 5: Add candy Fill the glass with the mint candy.
- Step 6: Garnish with the pipe cleaner Stick the pipe cleaner into the candy to look like a sparkler or a fireworks fuse.
