You can make your own hot sauce from scratch for buffalo wings at home with this recipe.
Step 1: Decide on a pepper Decide how hot you want your sauce to be.

Step 4: Saute onion and garlic Mince the onion, garlic, and carrots, and saute them in the olive oil until the onion is soft and translucent. Then puree them in a food processor with the dried peppers.
Step 5: Add vinegar an lime juice Return the puree to the saute pan, add the white vinegar and lime juice, and heat it through.
Step 6: Add food Enjoy your homemade on anything from scrambled eggs to chicken wings!
