How to Work Out at the Office

Get a quick workout at the office to get the blood flowing, increase your energy level, and reduce stress.

  • Step 5: Perform a squat Perform a squat by standing in front of your chair, bending your knees, and lowering your body briefly to touch the chair. Then stand back up.
  • TIP: Try 15 repetitions, three times a day.
  • Step 6: Stretch your shoulders Stretch your shoulders by rolling them forward and then backward 10 times.
