How to Work Out at the Office
Get a quick workout at the office to get the blood flowing, increase your energy level, and reduce stress.

- Step 4: Stretch your neck Stretch your neck by tilting your head toward one shoulder and holding it for 10 seconds. Then switch sides.
- Step 5: Perform a squat Perform a squat by standing in front of your chair, bending your knees, and lowering your body briefly to touch the chair. Then stand back up.
- TIP: Try 15 repetitions, three times a day.
- Step 6: Stretch your shoulders Stretch your shoulders by rolling them forward and then backward 10 times.
- Step 7: Encourage others Encourage coworkers to get healthy by organizing a lunchtime walking group. Lace up your shoes and inspire others.
