- Step 4: Read Read books and other resources to help you prepare for motherhood and understand the physical changes that your body will undergo.
- Step 5: Attend a prenatal class Attend a prenatal class to help you focus on your pregnancy and inform you about hospital procedures and pain relief, and to answer any questions you forget to ask your doctor.
- TIP: Prenatal classes are a great opportunity for your husband or partner to get involved.
- Step 6: Take time to relax Take time to relax and recharge by taking a long bath, reading a book, or talking on the phone with a friend.
