- Step 1: Preheat the oven Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

- Step 2: Mix dry ingredients Mix together the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and allspice in a large bowl.
- Step 3: Prepare the wet ingredients Prepare the wet ingredients by mixing together the sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla in a separate large mixing bowl.
- TIP: To add a little zest to your bread, add a 2 teaspoons of grated lemon peel.
- Step 4: Mix wet and dry ingredients Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well. Stir the nuts and zucchini into the mix.
- Step 5: Pour batter into pans and cook Pour the mixture into the pans and bake for 40 to 60 minutes or until the middle is completely cooked.
