How to Play a B Minor 7 Barre Chord on Guitar

Learn how to play barre chords in B Minor 7 in this video from Howcast's How to Play Guitar: Beginners series.

OK so here we are B Minor 7. What we're going to do is we're going to take E Minor 7 shape, right? Usually I make it with my 2nd finger, but in order to make B Minor 7 I'm going to use my ring finger. All right? And here we go, I'm going to move it all the way to the 7th fret. So here I am at the 7th fret with the barre. Just 1 finger here to make the Minor 7 shape. And this is B Minor 7. And then I can do the same thing with an A Minor shape, or the form. I can take it and move it around so I have my first finger free. I'm going to move that to the 2nd fret. So 2nd fret, A Minor form. So this is B Minor 7 as a barre chord.
