Hi, my name is Angelina Zdorovytska. Right now we're in the beautiful city of Los Angeles in Beverly Hills. I started playing tennis when I was 7 years old. I was ranked number 1 tennis player in the Ukraine. 350 in the world ranking. I run my own business; it's besttennisever.com. I train very good players. Also, I train beginners, intermediate players. Tennis is my life and my passion. I'd like to give you the tips on how to hit the lower ball on the backhand side and the high ball. For the low ball you need to have your racket a little bit down here, close to your knees, right here so you can see it. I just put my racket down, turn my shoulders and I'm holding my racket under the tennis ball and I'm following through. For the high ball however, the racket has to be a little bit higher. You're turning your body, you're standing sideways and you're moving your racket through the ball sort of covering that ball and following through and again back in the ready position.
