Tennis is my life and my passion. I live for it and now I would like to talk to you about tennis. I'd like to explain to you how to be healthy and also how to prevent the tennis elbow. Number one, very important to have the proper racket for yourself. So buying a racket you need to have the proper grip, the racket has to have the proper balance. I personally use evenly balanced racket, it's very light, it's very good. Number two, your technique, the way you play tennis, your form. You need to move your elbow under the tennis ball and through the ball, it's very important. If you don't have the correct form, if you're gonna move the elbow from the side you might get injured. So, very important, to take the lesson when you're learning tennis it's very important to learn the proper technique and how to move your racket well and how to move your arm under the tennis ball to prevent any injuries. So number one is the racket, number two correct form and technique.
