Hi, my name is Michael Samaniego golf professional at Chalk Mountain Golf Course. Chalk Mountain Golf Course is a championship level golf course with 3 professional golfers, including myself. And today I'm going to talk to you about golf. Let's talk about how to putt. Putting is an individual part of our game. It's individual because we can actually hold the club in any manner that we want to, executing stance and game. When I putt, I want to make sure that I'm in good posture like with full swing. I want to bow from the hip, nice and relaxed. Flex my knees for a little bit of balance, let my arms hang down from my shoulders. And once again, I want to have that good aim. Our toes, knees, hips, and shoulders are parallel to our target. The leading edge or the face of my club is right at my targe, the hole. And from there, I want to pendulum my shoulders back and forth. What you want to remember is you want to aim the ball at the highest point of the green between you and the flagstick. We call that the apex. So you aim the ball at the apex. Once the ball gets to the apex, the crown or the apex will actually pull the ball towards the hole.
