My name is Randy R.C. Connor, choreographer to the stars. I've worked with Britney Spears, P. Diddy Combs, Prince, Mary J. Blige, Janet Jackson, Jay-Z. We're gonna just break down some moves, that you can use at the club, at the parties, at home, in your bathroom -- just have fun guys, so let's get started. C'mon! Hey guys, now, what we're about to do is teach you a few hip-hop routines, simple routines; this is hip-hop routine number one. It's really simple, it's a few counts, and it's just about having fun. Here we go, we're gonna take it from the top, all right? So we have, one, two. OK? One, two, and. OK? One, two, and. Great. So let's see that. So now, this is really strong, OK? Right leg, left leg, drop, and- and the pa- palm is outward. OK? Next step, three, and. OK? And it's like you're swimming backwards, so you're going three and four, and you're pulling up on four. OK? Moving on, all right? We have step five, six, seven, eight. OK? And that's really simple you're stepping four, and you're pulling back boom. Stepping four, and you're pulling back. OK? So we have five, six, seven, eight. Good. Let's take that from the top really slow. Five, six, together on eight. One, two and three and four, step five, six, seven, eight. And once again, it's all about you. It's all about your personality, all right? Let's take that from the top. Let's try that, and then we're moving on. Here we go. Let's start on eight. Next step, we have one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. OK? And this is this step. I'm gonna do it sideways so you can see, here, and you're kinda like contracting, boom, and you're switching. So you're going single, single, double double, - front single, single, double, double, all right? OK? So, we have five, six, seven, eight, single, single, double, double, single, single, double, double, all right? Good. Let's mark that from the top, and then we'll try that bit with some music.
