This is an introduction to krump dancing. Are you guys ready? 'Cause I know I am, here we go. So this is how to do a chest pop. You always have to make sure that you have your foundation. Make sure the stance is wide. Make sure it's nice and easy. Nice round gravity. Gravity. Make sure it's easy. Formed out. Clean. So what I'm going to do is take my chest and push it out. Bring it in. Push it out. Bring it in. Breathing technique. Breathe in. Breathe out. Breathe in. Breathe out. Push it out. Bring it down. Push it out. Bring it down. Now in krumping, you might see sometimes they might use, they're going to use their arms. Tat, tat, tat, tat, then breathe in. Tuk, tuk. Then breathe out. Tuk, tuk. And it's really nice and sweet. Make it smooth. Now snap it. 1,2. 1,2. 1,2. 1,2. Really nice and easy just like that. Breathe in, breathe out, breathe in, breathe out. Make it easy, simple, nice, big.
