Alright, first freeze we are going to learn is our Baby Freeze. It is usually the first freeze that every B-Boy learns. Alright? So, it is gonna require a little bit of strength, a little bit of balance. Alright, I am a righty so now I will be using my left hand. I do everything to the left. So my left elbow is gonna go onto my stomach on the left side. You know, more on the left side, not totally in the center. So, I want to create like a ninety degree angle with that going down. And you want to put your weight onto your wrist, but distribute the weight within your fingers evenly. Vale. My left temple is gonna go on the floor, just like that and little by little you're gonna lift up one leg, left up the other leg, you know so that you get balance. Alright, now your right hand keeps you balanced, it is your balance hand, alright? And you are gonna take your right knee and put it onto your right elbow like that, alright? You lift the other leg up, and that is your baby freeze. Alright? You might not get this right away, it is gonna be hard, but repetition is the key. Keep doing it, trying it, and you will get it.
