Alright now we are going to move on to our chair freeze, as we go on these freezes are going to get more and more difficult, okay. Chair, derives from the baby, but what you're going to do is, you're going to twist your body, right. And you're gonna be in a really weird position, probably a position you have never ever been in before. Alright so now, now that you're in your baby, you're familiar with the baby, I'm sure you've been practicing it. Alright so you're here, now what you're going to do is, remember your elbows in your stomach, you're going to pick up your waist, and now you're going to put your elbow into your back, like that, alright. So while I'm in the position, right, I'm gonna shift, my legs are going to turn, switch, right. Kind of like I'm going into the reverse baby, and at the same time I'm going to shift from my stomach to my back, the left side of my back and my left leg crosses over to my right knee and that switch right there.
