The gluten-free diet; This is an approach for people who may be gluten intolerant, or who suffer from a chronic condition, Celiax Disease. What it does is it causes an inflamation in the lining of the stomach that can produce dehabilitating symptoms. Gluten is a protien that can be found in barley, wheat and rye, and what it does is, once ingested it can cause inflammation or slight gastro-intestinal discomfort, such as bloating or gassiness. An approach is to eliminate all gluten in your diet to prevent dehabilitating signs and symptoms of Celiax or a slight gluten intolerance.
