And today I'm going to talk to you about bodybuilding. Today I wanna give you a basic biceps workout. It's important to remember that more exercises and more sets aren't necessarily better for your biceps. It's a good structured plan that you train with utmost intensity. That's what's going to give you the biceps that you want. So you wanna make sure that you have no more than four exercises and use about four to six sets. And here's a basic biceps workout. Barbell curls, two sets. Dumbbell curls, two sets. Hammer curls, a version of dumbbell curls, one set. And easy curl bar curls, one set. There are also many different machines that can mimic or replace these exercises that I've listed for you. As far as repetitions are concerned, you wanna do fewer reps and more weight to pack on more muscle effectively, efficiently in a shorter period of time. So that is a basic biceps workout.
