And here are three useful slang expressions related to health; first under the weather, which means sick. So for example, I couldn't go to work today because I was feeling under the weather. Next, take it easy, which means relax, if you are sick, you should lie down and take it easy. And last, cut back which means, reduce your intake, my doctor told me I need to cut back on my sugars.
