You want to use wither barbells or machines or a combination. You wanna pick our four different combinations. And you want to limit those exercises to about six to nine sets. So here's a basic routine. Squats, two sets. Leg press, two sets. Stiff leg dead lifts for hamstrings, two sets. And lunges for two sets.
