And today I'm going to talk to you about bodybuilding. So you wanna know how to get ripped fast, well it's very important for you to understand that getting ripped, getting lean, lowering your body fat, is a matter of your nutritional habits first and foremost, that's what's going to help you build more muscle and lose that body fat and get you looking very lean. You can do crunches for your abs, you can do bench press, dead lifts, all the exercise in the world that's not going to get you lean and ripped as much as your diet. You want to make sure that you eliminate all the junk food or as much as possible to help you in the process. Structure those 'cheat' meals, those junk food meals, and limit them. Another important part of getting lean fast is to make sure that you reduce your calories and do it gradually, even those clean, healthy calories, you're going to need to reduce them, over time, to help you get lean.
