My name is Paes164 and I'm a professional artist. I've been painting since a teenager, and I've been doing it for 20 years now. Find me at Paes164.com (p-a-e-s-164.com) My Facebook is facebook.com/paes_art. Tagging is just the act of vandalism in which you sign your name on what you feel appropriate, which could be anything. Some graffiti artists like myself, I'm older now and have children, so I'm not going to paint on schools and churches and I'm not gonna... If I was going to do something like that, I'm not going to go pick on maybe a single business owner that can't afford to go clean up the mess I make but just about anything city or state or anything else, you know, that's pretty much free reign. Tagging is just writing your name. You know, a lot of graffiti, not only with a name that explains who that person is, it's a style too, you know. For instance, there could be a couple of other Paeses but when you see my work you know exactly who I am. And the rest are just toys. Who and so on is fake, so [laughs]. But yeah, tagging is just writing your name, you know. It's just getting up... When people say "tagging," it's definitely just tagging, writing your name, and then when they say "bombing," that goes back to blockbusters and throw-ups and stuff on a bigger scale. You know, you bombed it, you completely covered what you were gonna do.
