Alright. Hi everyone. I'm here to talk to you about Xbox Kinect Zumba. So first and foremost I want to mention that I am in workout attire which is very appropriate because with this game you're going to be moving around. You're going to be jumping and you're going to be doing all sorts of crazy things. I really recommend sneakers. Don't do this on a hardwood floor because it's really hard on your knees and your legs. So here we are on the screen and first what we have to do is wave. So we are going to sign in and here we go. So we're going to go down here scroll the menu over to Play. Okay. Now you can do basic things like Tutorials. You can go through. You can play with people. You can go to Zumba Class. You can do Xbox Live and the multiplayer. Let's go to class. So you can pick your location and your time. All that neat stuff. I'm going to keep it simple for now. So here we go and we're going to want to do the warm-up which lasts about 4 minutes and you actually get bonus points for being on point. So if you're not sure how to do these moves right off the bat I definitely recommend doing the tutorial because you don't want to strain yourself or harm yourself in any way. Alright. So that's just a taste of Zumba for Kinect. That was just the 4 minute warm up and it gets much longer than that. I'd recommend playing with a friend. Going working out a couple times a week. It's amazing and it's challenging and you're going to feel good about it.
