So the first thing to know, if you going through like crisis is don't do it alone. You might think that you can or you may want to, but we're really not meant to go through difficult periods like that by ourselves. So invite your friends and family over, let them sit with you, let them listen to you, let them cook for you, let them be with you at this time. The second thing you know is make sure your getting plenty of physical contact. Physical touch calms the nervous system. It also lets us know, at a very basic level that we are not alone. If you can go a get a massage, a massage is a great way to relief tension. You'll leave the massage feeling a little bit better. And the third thing to know is this is the time to get professional help. Your friends and your family can be there for you, they can listen to you, but really only to a certain extent. This is why professionals are trained to do. They trained to take you past the crisis into healing. So go online, ask around, and see if there is someone that you would want to work with on a professional level at this time. This maybe a really tough time in your life right now, but there are little ways to treat yourself, little ways to feel better slowly, and every little bit helps.
