An arm workout that focuses on your biceps, your triceps and your forearms. You want to pick out two exercises for each. For your biceps, barbell curls, two sets. And then, follow it up with two sets of dumb bell curls. For triceps, cable push downs, two sets. And skull crushers, two sets. And then, round that out with your forearms.
