Next up, you guys all know this one, but I'm gonna show it to you anyway. It's your basic curl. You can go straight into it from your overhead press. Just make sure you get full contraction, nice and slow on the extension. So don't let the body rock back and forth and don't use momentum, like this. You can see the difference, right? I'm using my body and not my arms. So keep your body nice and stable, keeping your elbows at the sides, like so, and just hinging from the elbows up and down, okay? Keep it a little slower on the extension.
