Moving on to the upper body, step forward over your bench and we're going to do tricep dips. Everyone wants to get rid of that flabby part right there, and dips are the best way to do it, plus it activates your core. If you don't have a bench, you can do this on the floor too, but it's better with a little bit of height. You're just going to dip down and come up. Down, and come up. Make sure when you come down, you do not sit on the floor. That doesn't work. Okay? So, down. Your butt can slightly touch the floor, come straight back up. Make sure the elbows don't come out. Keep them tucked in. Nice and easy. We're going to do 15 of those.
