Warm-Ups, Jumping Jacks & Push-Ups for Bikini Workout

Hey. My name is Erin and I'm a former U.S. Junior Olympic certified swim coach and personal trainer, and fitness is my passion. So, I cannot wait to share it with you guys.

I'm just gonna demonstrate each move briefly. You guys are actually going to do it for the instruction. So, you're gonna start up with a 60 second warm up of jumping jacks, all right? Start with our jumping jacks, arms nice and tight. Do that for a minute. You're gonna come down into a modified push-up. So, on your little riser or stair, pushing half-way. You're gonna do three, then lift the leg up, pushing half-way, lift the other leg up half-way.

Now, if you're more advanced, you can certainly do a full push-up. But, for the average person and someone new to doing a bikini workout, just doing the half push-up will really help to activate the core.
