Hey, my name is Erin and I'm a former US Junior Olympic certified swim
coach and personal trainer and fitness is my passion so I cannot wait to
share it with you guys.

Welcome to best bikini workout. Is it the best? I don't know, but I think
it's pretty good and if you do it two to three times a week about four to eight weeks out
from your bikini ready state depending on your goals and where you start
from, you should be good to go. Essentially what you want with the bikini
body workout is a whole body workout with extra emphasis on areas that
women tend to focus on more. So, if you're in a bikini and you're showing
your tummy, obviously your arms and shoulders, your legs and butt. You
want to focus on those quote problem areas while maintaining an elevated
heart rate to keep the calories burning, add some weights because that
helps your metabolism stay elevated. After the workout focus, there is
really three elements, there is a little bit cardio, a little bit strength
training and of course you have stretching and the moves shouldn't
incorporate really heavy weights because you want to keep those muscles
long and lean.
