So it's a nice simple bicep workout that you can do to get toned arms. Twice a week should do it. Use the weights accordingly. Should feel fatigued by your last repetition. If you're not, then your weights are too light. If it's just impossible to do, your weights are too heavy. Remember never compromise your form so try to have a mirror in front of you at all times.
